Have you looked at your profits lately? It’s so easy to focus on revenue but forget about profits.
For example, you can have a business that generates $1 million in revenue and if the expenses total to $900,000, the profit is $100,000. If you have a business that generates $200,000 in revenue and expenses total $80,000, then the profit is $120,000.
Obviously there is so much more to a business than just revenue or profit. But as a business owner, you want to pay attention to both and remember, high revenues don’t always equal high profits.
Expenses reduce profits, so I recommend reviewing all of the expenses in your business to see if there are any that are leaking out and not helping you increase your revenue or grow your business.
